"Look good, do good"

During this week we marched our units Beret march. It wasn't as difficult as I feared so I'm quite reliefed now. After the march, we were given our units insignia, the Rapid Deployment Forces -arch in our uniform. Also we received golden, crowned lions to our berets.

Other thingies. Next week we're going to participate a exercise called Cold Response '09 in northern Norway. I think it's goin to be Really cold there :P
